Ownership, through its management company, GCAM LLC, operates a diversified, international real estate portfolio and takes an active role in operating and improving the properties it owns. The overriding philosophy of the owner has been to improve and innovate all its properties, with an eye towards best serving the needs of the tenants of each property.
